About the Role

Global Retail company is looking for a Transfer Pricing Manager to join their London team. You will report to the Head of Transfer Pricing, working with the broader business including APAC, Europe and US for all things Transfer pricing. This role is a hybrid position, working 3 days a week in their central London office.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the global transfer pricing documentation compliance process
  • Reviewing transfer pricing documentation reports including benchmarking analysis
  • Leading and documenting functional analysis interviews with the business
  • Reviewing operational transfer pricing calculations to confirm they reflect the relevant TP policies
  • Collaborating with the broader tax team to provide input to various global processes, e.g. Global Master File, CBCR etc
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key business partners as part of the ongoing monitoring transfer pricing policies
  • Dealing with ad hoc transfer pricing queries raised by local business teams
  • Providing support for tax audits, APA processes and MAPs, including gathering data and drafting responses for information requests
  • Helping on ad hoc projects and transfer pricing analysis

Qualifications

  • Qualified ACA/CTA or similar qualification - ideal PQE range 3 - 7yrs
  • Transfer Pricing experience gained either in-house and/or in practice
  • Experience in both transfer pricing documentation as well as advisory
  • Exceptional communication
