A prominent, fast-growing fintech is seeking a commercially minded Global Tax Manager to join its expanding finance team. This is an ideal opportunity for a tax professional who enjoys providing strategic advice and partnering with business leaders across a global organisation.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will serve as a key advisor on tax matters, supporting business decisions and growth initiatives in multiple regions. This role is focused on offering practical tax guidance on commercial transactions, projects, and international expansion, rather than hands-on day-to-day compliance or process work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for tax-related advice on business operations, contracts, and new market entry
  • Collaborate with finance, legal, and commercial teams to assess the tax impact of strategic decisions
  • Liaise with external advisors and stakeholders to ensure tax considerations are integrated into business planning
  • Support senior management by delivering clear, actionable insights on complex tax issues
  • Participate in projects that drive the organisation’s growth and international footprint

Who Should Apply:

Applicants should be qualified tax professionals (ACA or CTA ideally) with a strong grounding in both UK and international tax, gained within the tech industry. Excellent communication skills and a commercial outlook are essential, as is the ability to simplify complex tax concepts for a variety of audiences.
