Position: International Tax Director

Qualifications: ACA & CTA 

Experience: A UK Chartered Tax professional with experience in both Practice and Industry. A proven Tax Director, with experience managing small teams whilst holding extensive understanding of a number of foreign jurisdictions’ tax rules, including in Europe, the Far East, Africa, LATAM and North Americas. Demonstrated ability to devise and implement commercially relevant tax solutions based on a high-level of commercial and operational awareness.

Position: Indirect Tax Manager

Qualifications: ACCA Qualified  

Experience: An International VAT specialist with extensive management-level experience gained from in house roles including VAT compliance, project management, data control, reconciliations, and risk control.  Most recently working as the primary tax contact for VAT and other indirect tax matters for EMEA operations. 

Position: Transfer Pricing Senior Manager

Qualifications: ACA & CTA 

Experience: UK based Transfer Pricing Manager with over 14 years multi-jurisdictional experience acquired in Big 4 and in house organisations. Adept in transfer pricing policy setting and implementation with expertise in compliance and reporting. Experience in designing and implementing transfer pricing automation tools and workflows. Experienced in leading tax audits, APA and MAP procedures.

Position: Corporate Tax Manager

Qualifications: ACA & CTA 

Experience: BIG 4 Corporate Tax Manager, with experience in dealing with a large range of clients, from Owner-Managed Businesses, to Listed groups. Largely experienced in all aspects of Corporation Tax compliance and advisory projects.
