Transfer Pricing Senior Manager

We have an exciting new opportunity to join us as a Transfer Pricing and International Senior Tax Manager on an initial 12 month contract . Reporting to the Group Head of Tax with responsibility for implementing the Group’s transfer pricing policy and supporting on international tax matters as the Group enters new markets.

You will work closely with advisors and with the Group Tax and Finance teams to deliver Transfer Pricing policy and documentation strategy from end-to-end and develop robust processes and documentation that strengthens the Group’s compliance position. Working together with both international and Group Tax, Legal and BD teams, you will support the Group Head of Tax as the business seeks growth through both organic and infill M&A opportunities.

You will be a Key member of the Group finance team with responsibility for defining and implementing relevant TP policies and keeping documentation up-to-date: as well as ensuring compliance requirements are met, you will need strong communication skills to ensure international finance teams understand policies and charges and can respond to requests from local auditors or tax authorities.We have an exciting new opportunity to join us as a Transfer Pricing and International Senior Tax Manager on an initial 12 month contract .
